Project: The Client Responsiveness Team, part of the Measurement Unit, is leading the International Rescue Committee’s work to develop and institutionalize best practices to put our clients at the center of our work. It works on operationalization of the accountability to affected populations (AAP) commitments and global standards on community engagement. The Client Responsiveness team leads IRC Strategy100 Client Ambition which supports the right of people affected by crisis to participate in and shape the decisions that affect them. The Client Responsiveness team works on different workstreams that include, but are not limited to, data-driven decision-making, fully functioning feedback mechanisms (development of tools on CommCare, PowerBI, PowerApps), client-centered communication, and advocacy.
Role: The purpose of the Client Responsiveness Analysis Fellowship is to support a comprehensive analysis of qualitative and quantitative data on client feedback and client satisfaction collected by Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) teams across IRC programs in Asia, East Africa, West Africa, Central Africa, MENA, Latin America regions and Ukraine response. In this role, the candidate will support Client Responsiveness Technical Specialists to analyze existing data sets, identify trends, draw key findings and recommendations that can inform the design and implementation of IRC programs, develop use cases for data-driven decision-making, and compile relevant information for the internal and external communication and advocacy interventions. Analysis will be sourced from qualitative information from the client feedback registry and the satisfaction survey.
If the candidate has the relevant skills, this role, under the supervision of the Client Responsiveness Technical Specialist, will also support the design of data entry tools using web applications (ex. PowerApps, CommCare).
Potential deliverables:

Potential travel involved: No travel will be involved for this position.
Desired Skills:
- Data analysis skills (qualitative and quantitative)
